Work preparation clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Support of the integration depth of the ERP system

  • Data control and assurance of data quality for the production area
  • Checking and active time recording of the standard times for all operations, including the definition of the set-up times of all machines and all assembly workplaces
  • Development and implementation of an electronic working time recording in our ERP system

Work preparation

  • Prepare and review work accompanying documents, monitor AVOR and schedule fabrication as necessary.
  • Create work cards
  • Ensure that all relevant operations are described in PRODAT, incl. Test plan or test specifications

Work instructions

  • Revise and update or complete as needed (photos and text).
  • New creation for new products

Process descriptions

  • Revision and completion of all process descriptions (turtles) of the production area, e.g. machining, painting, assembly, packaging, etc.

Your qualifications:

Technical training

Knowledge of machining, assembly, pneumatics, hydraulics and control technology desirable

Experienced handling of ERP systems

Very good communication skills
