Computer-aided planning, the wide-ranging expertise of our employees and the availability of the technical prerequisites allow us to take individual customer requirements into account to the highest degree.
The range of services includes the design and manufacture of special tools, operating equipment, test benches, wooden and metal parts according to individual customer specifications as well as the remanufacture of outdated assemblies.
Assembly repair
Our repair framework contract with the BAAINBw and HIL GmbH covers around 450 different assemblies.
We repair and test according to the specifications of material preservation level (MES) 4 down to the level of individual parts. The final 100 % test on our application-specific test benches as well as complete documentation guarantee the highest quality and safety in every vehicle.
Machining
As a certified supplier to the automotive industry, we are equipped with modern CNC machines (machining centres and lathes) that ensure high-quality production of grey cast iron, cast steel and aluminium parts.
Flexibility and a focus on small batch production with high quality requirements are what set us apart.
Joinery & Packaging Solutions
We manufacture according to your individual needs and specifications transport and storage containers made of wood for national and international freight transport.
Depending on the destination, we produce for our public client according to the technical delivery conditions (TL) and defence equipment standards (VG) of the German Federal Armed Forces and according to IPPC standard for export.
New & Customised Production
Today more than ever, changes within the german military and the defence technology industry require not only experience but also a high degree of flexibility and willingness to innovate from specialised medium-sized companies.
The new production of brake components for the LEOPARD 1 and LEOPARD 2 main battle tanks and the TPz Fuchs is a step towards specialising in the qualified manufacture of assemblies and special devices.
Painting
To round off the repair of all assemblies, the components are given a fresh coat of paint in our in-house paint shop.
We only use special paint according to TL 8010-0312 and TL 8010-0002.
